DELIVERY:

We currently aim to deliver all LW Trestles within 1 week and MK Tables within 1-2 weeks in the UK. If we are having trouble managing that we will be in contact to let you know.

Most of our work will be sent with delivery companies like DHL or UPS. Some deliveries will be made with private couriers. We make sure your purchases are well wrapped to survive the journey but we do recommend you inspect the packages for puncture wounds before signing for them.

We are currently trying to package all of our goods in either paper or card but there are some items that do require foam protection. Please make an effort to reuse or recycle this as we’d hate to see it float by the next time we are at the beach.

RETURNS:

If within 7 days of purchase you are unhappy with a product that you have bought from us for whatever reason then that is a real shame. What we will do first is understand why you are unhappy and rectify that issue, maybe you don’t like that colour scheme or that size doesn’t work in your house.

If we can’t sort the issue that way, we will then look to replace your purchase and failing that, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product. The full refund is contingent on the product being returned to us. We will arrange collection of your unwanted product and will require you to pack it back in its original packaging so that it survives the return journey.

We don’t see why any of this should happen as we are trying hard to make work you will be pleased with and enjoy. But it’s good to know.
